1- The older areas of Dallas, Texas such as Preston Hollow, Highland Park, University Park and Kessler Park.

2- The Flower Mound-Argyle-Lake Cities area.

3- The Southlake-Westlake-Colleyville area south of Lake Grapevine.

For quality, build-to-suit projects on our client's property, we build anywhere within the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

The Chimney Rock community in Flower Mound was opened in 2003. We have one lot remaining and one new home available as of early 2009 in this incredible conservation community. Luxurious homes of the finest architecture situated on one-acre lots with approximately 50 acres of lake, meadow and woods permanently set aside never to be built upon.
