Steve Morey Associates builds homes. Special homes. Homes that stimulate the imagination and speak to the owner's dreams. Homes that embrace modernity while respecting the past.

Since 1983, we have pursued the singular goal of creating imaginative homes of technical excellence. Our company was founded on three simple principles:

1- Exceed the design expectations of our clients and the marketplace.

2- Respect and respond to the unique characteristics of the building site.

3- Employ construction techniques and personnel that compliment these design goals.

 

Steve Morey has been deeply involved in creative work for a lifetime. By maintaining a close involvement in all aspects of our projects he insures the complete realization of each project's vision. (You may learn more about Steve here). By building a select few homes per year we ensure that high levels of our time and energy will be devoted to each project.

We provide complete design and construction services on a build-to-suit basis, both on our properties as well as our client's. Additionally, we also build, on occasion, speculative for-sale projects to showcase our abilities. Although most of our homes fall in the $1.3 to $4 million + range, we select our projects in accordance with their level of creative challenge. Generally, our clients are individuals who place a high priority on creative process and expect the construction quality to reflect that priority.
